Coordinate procurement requests received from internal departments and allocate them to the appropriate regional procurement personnel.
Monitor procurement progress across multiple regions to ensure the timely purchase and delivery of the correct items and quantities.
Manage local procurement activities in Malaysia, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order processing, shipment tracking, invoice verification, cost recording, and payment coordination.
Identify and develop relationships with reliable and cost-effective suppliers to achieve optimal procurement outcomes.
Support financial settlement processes for procurement activities in other regions and ensure accurate cost documentation and reporting.
Regularly evaluate supplier performance, pricing competitiveness, and service quality, and recommend improvements where necessary.
Maintain and update procurement inventories and item lists according to business requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on customized merchandise or promotional items, ensuring that production specifications, dimensions, colors, and quality requirements are accurately implemented.
Handle after-sales issues by communicating with suppliers, coordinating resolutions, and providing timely updates to relevant departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a requirement for this role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
