Maintain certification in primary EHR module (if applicable) and demonstrate proficiency across multiple applications.
Independently lead workflow demonstrations and functional presentations for users and stakeholders.
Perform advanced system configuration, build, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and project initiatives.
Act as a mentor and resource to Application Analyst I staff, supporting decision-making and prioritization.
Manage and resolve complex tickets across multiple modules, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
Lead end-user training sessions and cross-functional meetings, including collaboration with IT and help desk teams.
Develop strong understanding of cross-functional systems, workflows, and upstream/downstream impacts.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and interface teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Requirements
Minimum Required: Two to three (2-3) years of healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative or revenue cycle), information technology or health information technology experience OR Demonstrated competency in Applications Analyst I role.
For Epic roles: Current Epic certification(s) OR Willing to travel for training and achieve certification within 90 days of completion of training at Epic in application as assigned.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields) Current Epic certification(s)
