Analyze KPIs (RO trends, pricing, alignment sales, and competitive positioning) to identify opportunities and risks
Drive execution of pricing, inventory, and product strategies to maximize profitability across the district
Directly lead and develop a team of Tire Service Advisors and frontline leaders across your market
Build a strong bench through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
Deliver consistent field coaching, feedback, and formal performance evaluations to elevate individual and team performance
Ensure consistent execution of Dealer Tire’s service model, tools, and standards across all locations
Optimize service lane sales processes—from customer engagement to closing—to increase conversion and ticket value
Act as the primary partner to Service Managers, General Managers, Parts Managers, and OEM stakeholders
Influence dealership leadership to adopt best practices that improve financial and operational outcomes
Maintain a strong in-market presence, spending the majority of time in dealerships coaching, inspecting, and driving execution

Proven success leading multi-site operations or district-level teams
Strong ability to coach, influence, and drive behavior change in the field
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Experience building partnerships with senior dealership leadership
Track record of delivering sales growth, operational improvements, and team development
