Requirements
- 4+ years of experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies
- 4+ years of experience developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
- Experience conducting facilitated workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Experience creating workflows using BPMN or similar process modeling standards
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and technical writing skills
- Experience creating visual representations of complex business processes
