Infrastructure Engineer – Unified Communications

Role Overview

• Play a key part in the development and delivery of Microsoft 365-based Cloud Services
• Focus on Unified Communications and optimize the CXone platform
• Contribute to a wide variety of IT infrastructure projects and support initiatives
• Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for email, telephony and Microsoft 365 issues
• Collaborate in deploying new solutions based on architectural designs
• Maintain and optimize cloud-based applications and tools
• Resolve faults and conduct system checks
• Support Microsoft Exchange Online
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Deliver training to end-users and IT staff

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Unified Communications technologies
• Hands-on experience with configuring, managing and optimising the CXone platform
• Strong troubleshooting skills for VoIP, SIP, and related telephony technologies
• Understanding of networking principles and protocols related to Unified Communications
• Ability to integrate unified communication systems with existing IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements for Unified Communications
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
• Knowledge and experience with ITIL frameworks and practices
