Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of assigned projects

Preparing report on a weekly/monthly basis on progress
Support site leadership team in the understanding and application of Lean principles (Coaching & Mentoring)
Provide support to colleague development through completion of Lean training programs, such as yellow & green belt projects (Coaching & Mentoring)
