This role is part of the EGRC Data & Reporting team
Responsible for executing and supporting the Non-Financial Risk Data & Reporting strategy
Responsible for assigned reporting initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for businesses
Conduct analysis to provide enhanced BI to inform the management leadership team
Create complex and comprehensive BI reporting packages and dashboards utilizing data infrastructure, DataMart's and external data sources
Identify and propose data presentations to meet evolving business's needs
Validate the quality and integrity of the data included in the Reporting Packages and Dashboards
Develop meaningful and insightful commentary on new and existing reporting packages
Adopt, implement and effectively evolve report automation and/or visualization standards

Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 3+ years of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted
Strong knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
including performance tuning, best practices, etc.
Knowledge of Azure Ecosystem
both technical and process/governance/controls
Managing various stakeholders' expectations while gathering requirements, development cycles, and day-to-day operations
Experience in automating manual reporting workflows
Experience developing and planning data visualization and data lineage and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
A proactive and highly motivated individual who will take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
