About this role
Role Overview
Act as the main point of contact for pharmacy clients, understanding their business needs and regulatory requirements
Ensure clients fully leverage Kroll and other pharmacy management solutions by implementing best practices and innovative strategies
Deliver outstanding service by deeply understanding and addressing client needs, fostering a positive and seamless customer experience
Gather and share valuable customer insights to inform continuous improvements in our solutions
Develop and execute solutions that enhance pharmacy operations, patient safety, and compliance
Provide advanced support to help pharmacists and their teams maximize efficiency in their daily workflows
Work with internal teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to drive our shared vision and deliver impactful results
Requirements
Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy technology, and related healthcare solutions
Strong understanding of Kroll and other pharmacy management systems required
Specialty Pharmacy Experience
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passion for improving pharmacy operations and patient care through technology
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
