About this role
Role Overview
- Develop targeted regional/local integrator accounts
- Consult and train integrator partners on product and solution applications
- Partner with integrators to identify new revenue avenues
- Execute strategic selling capabilities within integrators
- Coordinate business development with Allegion channel partners
- Collaborate with team to deliver leads to integrator partners
- Maintain and utilize CRM tool for sales reporting
- Ensure compliance with Allegion policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years sales experience or 5+ years of experience in the access control space preferred
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Technical acumen and understanding of access control components and systems
- Data-driven and capable of tracking and presenting results
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry specific software
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to motivate partners and identify strategic relationships
- Ability to travel 40%
