Responsible for leading projects, directing and coordinating all project activities.
Acts as the project leader, guiding the team to achieve the desired results.
Support the Statement of Work (SOW) for each new project and ensure client approval.
Develop and maintain up-to-date project schedules.
Prepare and maintain up-to-date project reports.
Conduct project kickoff meetings to validate the SOW and the corresponding schedule, and to formalize team members and the management methodology.
Communicate regularly with clients and the PMO about progress, issues, and solutions identified during project execution.
Ensure the execution of the change control process.
Participate in project support sessions with clients and in internal coordination sessions with the PMO.
Ensure proper project closure for each project.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience: More than 3 years in similar roles.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience leading work teams.
IT skills: Microsoft Office suite, general knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Languages: Intermediate to advanced English.
Skills: Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, databases, and security (desirable but not required).
Availability to travel up to 25% of the time, as required by the company.
