Champion procurement policies by reviewing system transactions, applying critical thinking, and driving full compliance
Review, validate, and approve Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, ensuring complete documentation, accurate information, and adherence to procurement policies
Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, IT system administrators, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, and Procurement Consultants to support continuous improvements and resolve daily operational issues, including system integration errors
Run and analyze open PO reports to proactively close outdated items and support month‑end and quarter‑end activities
Analyze procurement activity to identify opportunities for contracts, punchouts, and supplier catalogs
Manage supplier onboarding and offboarding, negotiate supplier payment terms, and support supplier payment‑related needs
Create and maintain procurement process flows, lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency
Ensure all procurement activities consistently meet compliance requirements and governance standards
Prepare compelling presentations and confidently present insights to senior stakeholders
Facilitate procurement training sessions and conduct regular office hours to improve system users’ knowledge of policies and processes
Support bid process and contribute to contract development
Coordinate and assist the Sourcing Manager with sourcing requirements relevant to IT categories (Software, Hardware and Services) and negotiate favorable rates with Suppliers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong experience in Administration and Accounting
Willingness to work during US business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
Fluent in English and communicates clearly, confidently, and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong end‑to‑end procurement experience, ideally with background in Strategic Sourcing
Valuable procurement knowledge within manufacturing, medical devices, IT, facilities, operations, or sales/distribution industries
Extensive experience with business applications including ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and eProcurement platforms such as Coupa
Familiarity with TPRM and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
Proficient in MS Office applications, project management tools like Smartsheet, and process-mapping software
Ability to communicate with clarity—in writing and verbally—and confidently present ideas across the organization
