Work as a mechanical engineer for General Dynamics Mission Systems, Undersea Mission Solutions
Member of, and may lead, a cross functional team responsible for the development of electronic and mechanical packaging design, and validation
Conduct structural and thermal analysis, shock and vibration, and design for manufacturability

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred, but must be obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Working knowledge of computer aided analysis tools (thermal, CFD, structural), such as Ansys
Working knowledge of computer aided design tools (3D, 2D, layout), such as Creo
Experience with small form factor, high power electromechanical elements
Experience with high-pressure applications, including sealing technologies
Dynamic Modeling utilizing MatLab
