Support Program Director in identifying opportunities, winning work, and delivering outcomes to clients.
Contribute to development direction of the program and achievement of objectives.
Positively support decisions of Program Director.
Provide input to monthly reporting, including financial forecasts.
Develop deep understanding of assigned clients to identify and pursue opportunities.
Lead opportunity development for specific Program areas.
Represent program area in collaboration with Future Business.
Manage assigned projects within the program.
Maintain oversight and support to PMs to ensure consistent application of PM processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or other related Engineering field.
An engineering degree, Technical diploma, or equivalent experience
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficient user of the Microsoft 365 suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Task Boards, Teams)
Proficiency at using Apps within Teams
Excellent time management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience managing Projects
The ability to obtain Canadian security clearance
Demonstrated team participation
Project Management certifications (Desirable)
Experience in product development (Desirable)
