Video skills: Able to independently edit videos, write video copy and prepare content for multiple platforms (TikTok, Reels, Meta Ads)
AI-first: You already use generative AI tools — especially AI video tools like Kling, Runway or Pika — and employ them daily
Tool know-how: Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro / After Effects), Canva Pro, CapCut or comparable video-editing tools
Algorithm understanding: You know how platform algorithms work and how to leverage creativity and data to outsmart them
KPI mindset: You want to know how your creatives perform and are motivated to continuously improve them
Quick learner, reliable and a genuine team player
