Installation, configuration and operation of Windows client and server systems
Maintenance and development of virtualized server environments based on VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues in client and server environments
Handling 1st
and 2nd-level support requests in our customers' IT environments
Administration of IT security solutions (including endpoint protection, firewalls, WLAN infrastructure, e-mail security)
Setup and maintenance of backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam)
Coordination with customers, vendors and external service providers to implement technical solutions
Documentation of IT systems, infrastructures and processes
Development and operation of our managed service platforms for monitoring, patch management and automation
Maintenance and further development of our internal IT infrastructure

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification
Experience operating Windows server and client environments
Knowledge of virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) as well as networks and IT security
Experience with backup solutions and monitoring systems is an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Enjoy working with customers and a strong service orientation
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
