Maintain and enhance the tax risk control framework, policies, and procedures
Improve tax reporting, automation, and integration of tax data within P3 systems
Support additional tasks as assigned by the Group Head of Tax
Coordinate and oversee tax compliance activities (corporate tax, VAT, etc.) performed by external advisers and local Finance teams
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate data flows
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations
Manage ad hoc compliance and reporting (e.g. DAC6, WHT filings, exemption/relief/refund processes)
Implement processes to streamline and control compliance activities
Support internal stakeholders on tax matters, including advising Corporate, local Finance, and Legal teams on projects and restructurings
Coordinating and reviewing external tax advisers’ work across jurisdictions
Embedding processes aligned with internal tax policies
Supporting investment teams with due diligence, structuring, and risk assessment
Collaborating with Group Accounting & Reporting and local teams on tax positions (current/deferred taxes, provisions, contingencies)
Reviewing and supporting implementation of corporate documentation (e.g. intragroup agreements)
Managing tax-related internal controls, including acquisition accounting and documentation
Requirements
Relevant academic degree and professional qualification in Tax
Strong tax background with relevant experience in international environment, ideally complemented by in-house exposure in a fund or real estate environment
Strong English communication skills
Advanced IT skills (AI / automation a plus), tech savvy
Proactive, hands-on mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail
