About this role

Establish the HR data foundation using Databricks hosted on AWS and take ownership of technical design and implementation.
Build scalable and maintainable data solutions following modern engineering standards.
Promote and apply best practices in data engineering.
Collaborate closely with the Architecture Chapter.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop future-proof solutions requiring minimal maintenance.
Lead the technical data engineering agenda across the tribe.

Proven experience working as a Data Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark.
Demonstrated expertise in building data pipelines using Databricks.
Ability to design and implement Medallion Architecture from scratch.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to gather domain knowledge and requirements directly from business stakeholders.
