The Senior Application Architect designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
Act as a hands-on architect with ~35–40% coding involvement
Design and implement scalable, event-driven architectures
Collaborate with Tech Leads to ensure designs are executed effectively
Partner with Solution Architects to align with enterprise and domain strategies
Develop POCs and AI-driven solutions to showcase innovation
Drive performance, reliability, and security best practices
Define integration patterns, standards, and documentation
Contribute to data architecture and governance
Requirements
Strong expertise in .NET Core (including Windows Forms experience)
Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka preferred)
Strong background in API design and development
Solid experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure and/or GCP)
Deep understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) with ability to work closely with development teams
Strong experience in SQL and database design
Experience with Redis / Caching mechanisms (preferred)
Knowledge of Performance Optimization techniques (preferred)
Understanding of Security & Compliance frameworks (preferred)
Exposure to AI Strategy, Governance, and implementation (preferred)
Familiarity with Appian (preferred)
Experience with Integration Patterns and distributed systems (preferred)
Knowledge of Data Modeling, Storage, and Archival strategies (preferred)
Experience in Data Governance practices (preferred)
Strong focus on Documentation & Standards (preferred)
Experience defining System Reliability and Guardrails (preferred)
Exposure to High-Level Architecture (HLD) (preferred)
Experience in the Pharmacy / Healthcare domain is a strong advantage (preferred)
