Architect/Civil Engineer – Planning & Construction Supervision

Role Overview

• Handling new-build and refurbishment projects for energy supply in service phases 3–8 (design to completion)
• Preparation of construction drawings in 2D and 3D
• Regulatory approval planning for technical buildings related to energy supply
• Preparation of tender documents
• Cross-disciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule planning and cost monitoring
• Construction supervision

Requirements

• You have a completed degree or technician qualification in Architecture or Civil Engineering (building construction)
• You are flexible, helpful, open and a strong team player
• You have a self-directed, independent working style
• Preferably proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit and/or the tendering software ORCA
• Good verbal and written German language skills
