Role Overview
- Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's growing portfolio
- Support strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog
- Measure and communicate results; make recommendations to leaders
- Participate in discovery/test & learn activities to validate assumptions
- Own the product backlog and provide timely feedback on development iterations
- Be an expert facilitator of digital product inceptions
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience conducting product scoping, discovery, owning and managing a backlog in an Agile environment
- A minimum of 1 year experience delivering features for digital products with user focused design
- Proven experience working daily with software engineering teams
- Demonstrated ownership of breaking down product features into user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Experience delivering product work within a multi-team or enterprise-scale technology environment
- Experience working within a claims, insurance, or regulated domain is desirable
- Experience applying emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to define or deliver product enhancements
