Further development of company-wide controlling
Preparation of meaningful reports with relevant KPIs
Responsibility for liquidity planning
Development of financing and refinancing strategies
Central point of contact for financial processes and results
Interface to other departments in revenue, budget and liquidity planning processes
Definition, optimization and automation of finance processes
Leadership of the Finance team

Completed degree in economics, finance, controlling, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in controlling
Experience in the finance function of a company with physical products
Understanding of the relationships between goods flows, margins and liquidity
Excellent Excel skills
Solid accounting knowledge, ideally with experience in DATEV
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to develop a holistic view
Initial leadership experience is a plus
