About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for top-of-funnel activities in the European hospitality market
Identify and research target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups)
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Sales Managers
Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation and messaging
Maintain and improve CRM data quality (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooks
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
Actively contribute to a high-performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS environment, ideally at a startup or scale-up
Experience selling to independent hotels and enterprise hotel chains, particularly in the DACH region and Italy
Strong entrepreneurial mindset — you want to shape the business, not just execute
Comfortable handling uncertainty and changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly numbers
and target-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement
Curious, eager to learn and growth-oriented — with an ambition to move into a closing role
Multilingual: fluent in German and English; Italian and other languages a plus
