Role Overview
- Responsible for space and occupancy analysis
- Create and implement space and occupancy strategies
- Collaborate with Design and Construction for project completion
- Advise on IWMS program regarding space data reports
- Develop project schedules and coordinate with service providers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a large corporate real estate environment
- University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar field
- In-depth knowledge of IWMS and drafting systems (iOffice, AutoCad, Revit)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience addressing and influencing constituents affected by space change
