High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of claims experience preferred
FMLA/Statuary Leave experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment
