Role Overview
- Responsible for an assigned portfolio with global scope and respective manufacturing and packaging sites
- Responsible for the planning activities of assigned portfolio and ensure accurate generation of requirements across the supply chain nodes
- Actively develop scenarios to prevent, avoid and support the resolution of supply issues and potential constraints
- Lead Global Event Management Escalation Management
- Responsible for Order Management activities
- Collaborate and manage various stakeholders such as Global Demand management, Regional Supply Planners, Demand Fulfillment, Value Chain Management (VCM)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree on a related field (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management)
- 5+ years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Strong and Effective communication, analytical and quantitative skills
- English and Chinese proficiency is a must
- High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP S4/Hana or similar MPR software experience
- Experience of any BI Tools is preferred (Power BI, Qlik view...)
