Role Overview
- Financial stewardship of the region APAC covering multiple business units
- Ensure effective coordination of budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Conduct business analyses and provide periodic reporting
- Support closing activities aligned with Group reporting standards
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
- Contribute to special projects and mentoring within regional Finance community
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or comparable field
- 4-7 years in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or related field
- Proven background working within multinational organizations
- Strong in reporting, planning, KPI systems, and business analysis
- Deep expertise in performance management and data analytics
- Advanced end-to-end P&L management expertise
- Strong affinity for IT and technology
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
