Own end-to-end UX/UI for features inside Opera One and Opera GX desktop browsers — from early concepts to pixel-perfect specs handed to engineering.
Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of Opera Cashback.
Design the cashback browser extension refresh and its in-product entry points across both browsers.
Design new user flows around the product.
Partner with PMs, engineers, legal and marketing on multi-country rollouts; Contribute to and extend Opera's design systems.
Run usability reviews, prepare prototypes for stakeholder demos, and iterate based on data and user feedback.

4+ years designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally desktop software, browsers, browser extensions, or fintech/payments products.
A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking (flows, IA, problem framing) and UI craft (typography, spacing, motion, polish).
Fluency in Figma, including components, variants, variables/tokens, auto-layout and prototyping.
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
Ability to design for multiple brand expressions and audiences — e.g. mainstream productivity users vs. gamers.
Comfort working with engineering on implementation details and platform constraints (Chromium-based desktop apps).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
