execute across the full campaign lifecycle. From gathering client assets and configuring campaign builds, to optimizing live campaigns and delivering post-campaign reporting.
Execute setup and launch coordination, asset and creative coordination, forecasting, campaign execution and optimisation, troubleshooting, reporting and wrap-up.
Actively investigate delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, or tech bugs. Learn to navigate the ad tech stack to find the root cause before escalating complex issues to stakeholders.

1–2 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical entry-level media role (strong internships in ad tech or media agencies will be considered).
Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax or Google Ads.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
A foundational understanding of digital ad formats (e.g., VAST, HTML5) and tracking methodologies.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You should be highly comfortable pulling reports, manipulating data, and calculating performance metrics.
