Help drive new business growth across National Bulk Liquid (Tankers) service within Specialist Services.
Focus on winning new customers and increasing waste liquid volumes.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell wider service offering.
Drive new business opportunities to secure and grow the bulk liquids product.
Develop and manage a detailed new business pipeline for clear business forecast and targeted sales revenues.
Produce regular activity and pipeline reports for commercial and operational visibility.
Collaborate with the regional tankers operations team to drive aligned growth strategies.
Maintain data within the business CRM for appropriate marketing management.
Liaise with other commercial functions to share pipelines and best practices.
Requirements
Experience of developing, managing and implementing new business services, with a strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Strong knowledge of the bulk liquids market, including both hazardous and non-hazardous products, with operational understanding of tanker specifications and fittings.
Existing network of industry contacts and the ability to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage conflict and achieve positive outcomes.
Strong analytical, planning and organisational abilities, capable of assessing issues quickly, implementing solutions and delivering against tight deadlines and targets.
Self-motivated and resilient team player who can work independently or collaboratively with internal departments, customers and external organisations, using initiative and sound judgement to achieve results.
