Client Implementation & Delivery: Support end-to-end Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations
Participate in discovery and design sessions to gather business requirements
Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules
Assist in translating client needs into functional system design
Solution Design & Configuration: Configure key areas including: absence plans and accruals, time tracking rules and validations, work schedules and calendars, time entry, approvals, and exceptions
Support functional design documentation
Validate system configurations with client stakeholders
Testing & Deployment: Support system testing and validation
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
Help guide clients through go-live readiness
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
Post-Production Support: Support clients with enhancements and optimization
Provide guidance on Workday updates and new features
Assist with reporting and audit support related to Absence and Time Tracking
Requirements
2–5 years of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking experience
Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification preferred
Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production support
Strong understanding of time tracking and leave policies
Ability to work directly with clients and gather requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
