Behavioral Therapist, LMSW, LMFT, LPC

Role Overview

• Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling support services for a mixed caseload
• Assist with the development of treatment plans
• Conduct individual family assessments
• Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director concerning treatment plans and plan of care
• Document interventions
• Provide referrals to outside resources
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team

Requirements

• Master’s in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred
• LPC and LGSW’s will also be considered
• Current BLS certification required
• Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required
• 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
