Act as the link between process owners and operations, ensuring the applicability and proper implementation of standards and reference documents on production workstations
Detect deviations and identify root causes by applying problem-solving and continuous improvement tools (8D, 5P, Ishikawa, 5S) with the production team
Establish, drive and monitor associated action plans through to closure
Also set up performance indicators and have the ability to interpret the results
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent with a specialization in Quality or Continuous Improvement
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Fluent English
Strong analytical skills, rigor and good interpersonal abilities
Experience in an aerospace production environment is a plus for the role
Solid command of quality processes: procedures, tools, problem solving, inspection and operational monitoring
