About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the link between process owners and operations, ensuring the applicability and proper implementation of standards and reference documents on production workstations
- Detect deviations and identify root causes by applying problem-solving and continuous improvement tools (8D, 5P, Ishikawa, 5S) with the production team
- Establish, drive and monitor associated action plans through to closure
- Also set up performance indicators and have the ability to interpret the results
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent with a specialization in Quality or Continuous Improvement
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills, rigor and good interpersonal abilities
- Experience in an aerospace production environment is a plus for the role
- Solid command of quality processes: procedures, tools, problem solving, inspection and operational monitoring
