Patient care: Improve patient outcomes by providing professional training and guidance to clinical staff.
Support all hospitals in the region where patients are treated with Impella® products.
Report clinically relevant data, document outcomes, and work closely with team members and sales colleagues.
Clinical consulting: Conduct trainings to increase clinical utilization and performance for our customers.
Manage training programs for new and existing customers.
Training/clinical demos: Support the coordination of on-site clinical demonstrations.
Requirements
Successfully completed clinical or clinical-technical training, ideally as a registered nurse or as a cardiac perfusionist/clinical perfusionist.
Several years of professional experience in direct patient care in an intensive care unit, inpatient ward, operating room or cardiac catheterization lab.
Confident appearance and the ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Good communication and presentation skills and a strong team orientation.
Very good German and good English language skills.
High flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned regions, with availability for emergency situations.
