About this role
Role Overview
Actively sell media and special projects to agencies and clients in the sports betting segment.
Lead negotiations with a strategic mindset and a consultative approach, identifying opportunities aligned with clients' objectives.
Prepare commercial proposals with technical accuracy and adherence to performance indicators.
Monitor the sales pipeline precisely, ensuring predictability and achievement of revenue targets.
Record and track activities in the CRM (Salesforce), consolidating relationship history and intelligence.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, planning, marketing, and content) to ensure excellence in campaign delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Intermediate English is desirable for interactions with global teams and international content.
Experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital or integrated environments.
Solid understanding of digital metrics, media KPIs, and performance fundamentals.
Experience servicing mid-sized agencies and ability to build long-term partnerships.
Proactive, organized, target-driven profile with strong results orientation.
