Role Overview

• Serve as Technical Lead Manager overseeing greenfield projects
• Set technical strategy and engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders
• Own team deliverables and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 5-10+ software engineers
• Hands-on experience writing code and conducting code reviews
• Experience overseeing teams working with AWS and Python
• Effective communication and proven track record of hiring and team building
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Empathetic leader who builds strong teams
