Develop deep understanding of programmatic advertising including best practices, capabilities, and products
Work closely with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive programmatic revenue growth
Assist with managing the post-sale process of Big Happy creative mobile programmatic campaigns
Assist with setup for new PMP Deal IDs, optimizations, reporting and daily management in our SSPs
Prepare campaign reporting and wrap-up presentations for Big Happy’s programmatic clients
Help strategize and troubleshoot client programmatic deal requests and general capability inquiries
Help manage and closely monitor PMP deal health to ensure optimal delivery for our campaigns
Provide a high level of customer service to clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests and proactive resolutions to potential issues
Requirements
2-4+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of DSP’s, SSP’s and the digital ecosystem
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
Willingness to learn media planning tactics and programmatic/ad tech landscape
BA/BS required
Programmatic and DOOH experience a plus
