Analyze and define user needs and translate them into requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents.
Analyze and document how systems, processes, procedures, and clients will be impacted by future development with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organization.
Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation.
Collaborate, review and provide comments on business and technical documentation.
Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation.
Requirements
Demonstrate knowledge of business and/or technology platforms or ability to learn about technology and digital products.
Experience working with client facing technologies/digital engagement platforms.
Curiosity and adoption of emerging technologies
Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, control, and security requirements.
Skilled in test execution and understanding the outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and simply both complex business and technical concepts.
Ability to work and demonstrate cooperation in a matrixed team environment.
Experience with data & integration modelling.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
