Support the implementation of new products, policies, rules and strategies related to the credit business;
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies and requirements of regulatory agencies;
Provide support for the loan origination journey, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and operational flows;
Analyze customer applications and behavior, contributing to decisions related to approval, formalization and monitoring of transactions;
Perform operational monitoring of the loan portfolio, tracking performance, quality and productivity indicators;
Monitor performance indicators, proposing and following up corrective and preventive actions;
Work collaboratively with partner areas such as Products, Credit, Collections, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service and Technology;
Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making;
Participate in system tests, approvals and validations related to the evolution of products and processes;
Monitor partners and suppliers involved in the operation of credit products.

Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Engineering, Business Process Management or related fields;
Experience in financial operations, credit, loans or banking products;
Knowledge of operational indicators and data analysis;
Intermediate or advanced Excel;
Analytical, organized profile with good communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans, personal loans, BNPL or financing;
Previous experience in financial institutions, fintechs or financial retail.
