Within the Railway Rolling Stock Directorate, you will join a small, dynamic team of five people working daily to improve performance and quality of working life.
In liaison with all functions across the entity (operational managers, support functions, subject-matter experts...), you will be responsible for all internal communication related to Operational Excellence.
Create print and digital content and materials: visual management, showcasing initiatives, presentation materials, interviews, improving the SharePoint site, newsletter, etc.
Propose and create graphic designs adapted to the Operational Excellence tools.
Organize internal events: meetings, working groups, seminars, after-work events, teleconferences, benchmarking, etc.
Support colleagues and raise their awareness on using the created materials, RATP's graphic charter, and other corporate communication tools.
You will work closely with the department's Communications team.
Depending on your interests and the company's needs, you may also be asked to work on: developing simple, visual and (where possible) automated indicators; designing educational tools such as videos, films, interviews, e-learning modules, and serious games.
Requirements
You have completed a Bachelor's level (Bac+3/4) and are pursuing a Master's level (Bac+4/5) in Marketing & Communication or Graphic Design.
You have at least one successful internship or professional experience in a company.
You have strong work samples from previous positions or academic projects — please share your portfolio.
Curious and dynamic, you are proactive and able to make constructive proposals.
