Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment events.
Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners.
Maintain accurate data and track recruitment activity using Workday.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring performance.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.
Collaborate with global People teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency, ideally across multiple markets.
Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, candidate-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
Understanding of or interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion within hiring.
