Perform legality analyses and provide economic justification for domestic and international transactions and documents
Review clients' corporate and financial documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
Provide technical support to clients and correspondent institutions, clarifying inquiries related to transactions
Analyze foreign exchange transactions from regulatory and documentation perspectives
Support validation of registrations and transactions related to RDE-IED and RDE-ROF
Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, internal policies, and Compliance and AML (PLD) guidelines
Contribute to the mitigation of regulatory and operational risks in the analyses performed

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Law, International Trade, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Intermediate English (able to read and interpret documents)
Knowledge of Central Bank regulations, AML (PLD), and Compliance
Experience or knowledge in foreign exchange operations and analysis of corporate documentation
Familiarity with registrations and transactions related to RDE-IED and RDE-ROF
Active ABT1 certification
Availability to work on Av. Paulista 4 days per week (on-site).
