8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or IT/OT Transformation Architect.
Proven experience in large enterprise environments and automation domains.
Strong understanding of cloud and enterprise IT architectures, OT systems, and shop-floor realities.
Experience with industrial robotics, AMRs (autonomous mobile robots), and platform-based business models.
Confident engaging with C-level stakeholders and CIO/CDO/CTO teams, as well as OT and engineering teams.
Excellent workshop facilitation, structuring, and abstraction skills.
Results-oriented mindset with personal accountability, curiosity, and pragmatism.
Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
