About this role
Role Overview
- Create and schedule posts/Reels and Stories for LinkedIn and/or Instagram
- Contribute to the development of content and editorial calendars together with your team
- Design graphics and visual elements (e.g., with Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and source images
- Produce videos: scripting and editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve)
- Write audience-appropriate posts in German (and optionally English)
- Monitor interactions, handle community management (comments, direct messages) and perform social listening
- Prepare performance metrics (reach, engagement) and derive optimization measures
- Collaborate with us to make expert content more visible
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally studying communications, marketing, media or a related field
- Confident written and spoken German; basic English skills are an advantage
- Basic analytical understanding for evaluating social media metrics
- Independent, structured working style and a desire to contribute
- Creativity, a sense for target audiences and willingness to learn new things
- Initial practical experience with LinkedIn and/or Instagram (internship, projects or personal)
- Basic experience with image editing/design tools (e.g., Canva, basic image editing)
- Basic experience in video production, scripting and editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve)
