Role Overview
- Lead and mentor a global, cross-functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Oversee the development and standardization of technical proposal content
- Drive the creation of innovative, customer-facing materials
- Establish and refine standard work processes
- Act as a senior technical liaison, responding to complex inquiries
- Manage the budget for ITO technical cost activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Engineering or Technical discipline preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the nuclear industry
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
