About this role
Role Overview
Identification and outreach to potential new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
Qualification of incoming leads and development of new sales opportunities
Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the sales team
Conducting initial discovery calls to assess needs and identify business potential
Proactively identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base
Close collaboration with Customer Success and Sales to develop and implement upsell campaigns
Maintenance and documentation of activities in the CRM system (HubSpot)
Supporting the development of outbound campaigns
Hosting webinars and participating in sales events
Continuous analysis and optimization of lead, opportunity and conversion processes
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or business development is a plus
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building new customer relationships
High level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset
Structured and independent working style
Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (HubSpot)
Experience with software solutions, digitalization and SaaS business models
Team player with a hands-on mentality
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
