Achieve monthly targets for new sales, store activations, and sales quality in your assigned area, increasing productivity and market share;
Maintain the productivity and quality of the client portfolio, sustaining and improving results month over month;
Develop relationships with retailers to keep existing merchant accounts healthy and stable, responding to requests and resolving issues related to converting end customers using the PayJoy platform;
Visit stores to train sales teams, distribute marketing materials, and launch incentive campaigns;
Develop strategies to increase sales in the assigned area, including market and competitor analyses to identify trends and sales opportunities;
Identify and reach out to new business partners, ensuring they meet requirements and activating them once approved;
Keep the customer database up to date and record all interactions and sales. Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management.
Requirements
Technical or university studies in related fields such as Business Administration, Communications, or similar;
Experience in field sales with route planning;
Experience selling software, mobile devices, in the telecommunications industry, financial services, or merchant acquiring;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships and train partner staff;
Results-oriented with strong proactivity, organization, perseverance, and resilience;
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, as you will be responsible for store performance and sales;
Availability to travel to visit stores; must have own transportation to cover assigned areas (car);
Deep knowledge of the Greater Florianópolis region with willingness to explore the entire state to develop the market.
