Manage large-scale industrial engineering projects and demonstrate strong leadership to foster collaboration among the departments involved.
Support operations managers and other departments in carrying out improvement projects.
Help implement standards of excellence within the organization by developing, implementing, and documenting operational procedures, as well as developing and deploying performance indicators.
Act as a change agent and promote openness among staff through a participative, inclusive, and motivating approach.
Train managers and their teams in problem-solving methods and continuous improvement techniques during project execution.
Develop and maintain knowledge related to continuous improvement management and industrial engineering.
Attend meetings required by the role and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other teams.
Collaborate on occupational health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment.
Help identify, evaluate, and prioritize improvement projects that will have a significant impact on the organization.
Requirements
Experience: 5 to under 12 years
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of LEAN principles
Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
Knowledge of Epicor (an asset)
