At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

Experience leading design projects or teams
Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
Experience designing agentic workflows for autonomous tasks and human-in-the-loop interactions
Experience piloting services and operationalizing them into resilient service experiences
