Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
Travels to various West African markets to lead events.
Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
Develops and execute business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development and sales
Willingness to travel extensively across West Africa countries
Experience working in or with African markets (a strong advantage)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and French
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
