Accounting Manager

Role Overview

• oversee financial operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• lead financial reporting and analysis
• develop a team maintaining integrity of financial data
• manage accounting processes and compliance with principles
• analyze general ledger activities
• ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• implement process improvements
• coordinate and support external audits
• assist with development of financial policies and procedures
• collaborate with tax advisors
• determine accounting software tools for transactions
• allocate work assignments and manage workloads
• provide guidance and support to team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 1+ years of supervisory level experience
• adept at execution and delivery skills
• adept at business intelligence and AI
• adept at problem solving and decision making skills
• health care and pharmaceutical related business and accounting experience is preferred
• adept at collaboration and teamwork
• adept at growth mindset skills
• Bachelor's degree OR specialized training/relevant professional experience (4 Years)
